T Mac still got game... Go big or go home Virginia

Terry McAuliffe laid out his case for more aggressive biz development in VA to a gathering of local Democrats last night.

T Mac is pushing to bring new energy tech biz to VA. Possibly a new electric car biz

Since his run for governor, Terry has several new projects in development, focusing his efforts on the economic and environmental benefits of renewable energy sources. Specifically, he has made an offer to buy the shuttered International Paper plan in the city of Franklin Virginia for the purpose of creating a renewable biomass facility. Additionally, Terry serves as Chairman of Green Tech Automotive, which manufactures electronic and hybrid vehicles. He also recently joined the board of advisors of IMC, inc. an internationally recognized systems and software development firm based in Northern Virginia. from terrymcauliffe.com

Glad to see someone in the political arena that "gets" the need to ramp up our game in attracting new manufacturing growth.

BRD is not expecting any high tech manufacturing plans from the current admin in Richmond. They're too busy with the r-winger, theocratic, anti-science agenda to be bothered with these "new fangled" inventions.

Fortunately human history has shown that technological progress waits for no one ... press on Terry!
